Gray Dog Guitars – Return & Exchange Policies
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and accept returns within 48-hours of the date you received your purchase and your item must be unused and/or in the same condition that you received it and include its original packaging. You will need to include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll walk you through the process to make sure everything goes smoothly.
How to Return an Item
Once your return is approved, please follow these steps:

Carefully and professionally pack the item.

Include all original items and accessories that were shipped with your purchase.

Add a copy of your original receipt. (If you don’t have it, let us know—we’ll provide one for you.)
