GUITAR INSTRUCTOR
Adam Haar
Adam was born in Louisiana and raised in New Jersey. He started learning how to play guitar at 13-years-old and began playing/singing in bands shortly after. He moved to beautiful Prescott in 2014, where he continued his passion for performing live.Being mostly self-taught Adam loves to pass on what he’s learned over 18 years of hard work playing/practicing. Adam enjoys teaching students (ages 12+) how to use their ears and creativity in order to understand music, with music theory woven throughout as reinforcement. With less emphasis on sight-reading or advanced theory, Adam wants to see students playing songs and having fun as quickly as possible, learning the fundamentals without even realizing it! Adam is currently the guitarist/singer for Scandalous Hands and Prescott JRAD.
